NFL 2014-15 (Offseason / Draft / Regular Season)

True true, but the pass protection from that O-line is off the charts as well. Not hard to throw darts when you've got that in front of you.
Oh yeah for sure but that side step shuffle and throw to the back of the end zone last night for Nelsons first td had me gobsmacked twas just perfection.
Find it somewhere if you didn't see it.
Suppose the thing that's more impressive is that he's not turning the ball over I mean Denver and Dallas have probably a better Ol but Manning and Romo aren't on the same level as Rodgers this year.
Seahawks ball hawks could test that in the Nfc championship game if it all goes as expected.

Titans came within about five yards of a new Music City Miracle against the Jets there. Nuts series of laterals.

Still, if they made it they'd be out of the race for Mariota...

Manziel had a pretty hilarious day. Turns out on Sundays you can't make those A&M throws down the middle into mad coverage. Who'd have thunk it?

Cowboys are imploding ... up 21-0, now 21-17 after a Romo fumble ... Cowboys can't play against 3-4 defenses ... We'll lose something like 42-28

Ok Ok, I was wrong ... After the Eagles took a 24-21 lead, an impressive drive led by Romo, Murray & Bryant and we took a lead we never relinquished. Big win.

It's okay. Just when you get confident, when you get to the point where you're genuinely believing? That's when the real Romo will stand up and break tour heart.

a) Romo has been the best QB in the NFL this year on the road. His #s are incredible.
b) This team - although very very worrisome on defense (little pressure on QB, horrible CB play in general from Carr, safeties who are solid but DO NOT create enough turnovers) - the 'mentality' is different. They've had too many comebacks - be it against the Seahawks in Seattle or Gmen in NY - to think that what harassed them the last few years under Romo is still there in its entirety.
c) So far, 2-0 in December with a tough game against the Colts and an away game against the Skins. We're good enough to beat both teams but as you said, which Tony will show up? The one who gave up a stupid fumble instead of dumping off the ball to DeMarco in the 3rd quarter yesterday? Or the one who led the team on a 7 play 78 yard TD drive after the lead went to Philly because of the fumble?
d) I expected a 6-8 win season - 10 wins is incredible. Been a fun season, but maybe this will slip away for me too like it did last year? :-/

It's going to be even funnier this year when they implode.
Can't wait.

You know, as we're both Liverpool fans who went through the implosion last year, you should be extra kinda to me and hope I don't have to go through it for a fucking 4th year running with my team in another sport!!!

I'd have some sympathy if it wasn't Dallas but ya know.

Reminded me of that Brazilian kid who did the Seal dribble thing a few years ago. Kerlon was it? It's all fair and well throwing the party tricks out in some amateur goat-herding league, but try doing that shit on the big stage.

I'm not so sure this team will implode. Coming back from 24-21 shows what its all about now.
I'm optimistic.

Cowboys are up 35-0 in the 3rd ... Romo is 17-18 with 4 TDs ... He's playing really well and should be 3-0 in December this year. Still can't see this team winning a playoff game due to the D but Romo is playing really good football.

The Pats win their division without batting an eye.
The Cowboys win their division and give Garrett a Gatorade bath.
Only in Dallas.

Come on ... Most experts picked us to a 4/5 win team ... We've blown opportunities to win the division the last 3 years in the final game of the season ... The team loves him, and speaks 'his way' in every interview (be it Dez, be it DeMarco, be it Mincey, or McClain) ... It means nothing (at the end of the day, rings are what counts) unless they build on it ...

That being said, I think you can even show some respect now to Romo ... His #s this year are incredible, his December #s worldly and he even ran for 20 yards! ;)

No fair play to Romo for an excellent December.
But was just pointing out that last night was probably their Superbowl.
Wonder will Jerry leave tickets to the Superbowl on the players chairs this time in the post season.
Classy.

Hey, if it motivates them like the playoff tickets, why not! ;)

First division win since '09. Why not celebrate some success? I really like the look ofthis team. The interesting part is if they can build on this.

Have a TON of players to resign ... which will cause problems.

They won't take the option on Melton - which means we HAVE to draft/sign a big time DT ... Pressure is what's killing our corners, though bar one glaring mistake in a zone against Philly, they've been great the last 2 games.

BYU and Memphis fully embraced the Miami Beach way of doing things at the Beach Bowl yesterday. After an entertaining 45-45 draw (characterised by some hilarious play going both ways - Memphis QB Paxton Lynch threw 4 TDs and 3 picks), Memphis won a wild double OT 55-48 on an interception after nailing a 55 yard kick (that would have cleared 65) to stay alive.

But then came the real fun. A mass brawl involving full on fisticuffs, helmets being used as weapons, cleat-stompings, black eyes and drawn blood. I can only imagine how many honour code violations the Brigham Young boys racked up.
