There has been far too much smoke blown up our arse this week in the press for my liking, sooo many pundits talking up our chances, articles about our last champion team etc...

Chelsea will be fucking hard and I can already imagine Maureen sullying our touchline with his antics but all of that can wait for another day. Lets fucking do Norwich and keep the pressure on. All the rest will mean fuck all unless we do Norwich.
 
I think we are in danger of forgetting that the next most important game in our season is Norwich not Chelsea. That said - I think it is silly to say that Chelsea don't deserve the title. They are on track in terms of the goals scored and goals conceded of a typical championship winning side of past years. I actually don';t think they are boring - they have had a few issues scoring goals because of the strike force they have. So far this season - I only recall the game against them being the most difficult our team has faced this season because they really did press us and did not give much space to our players. There is every chance we will lose the game, and we will roll over quite easily if we lose the game to Norwich. I hate to say this - but I feel that if we don't win the league this season then we will definitely not win it next season as I think this whole experience will scar the players.
 
No, "stupid plastic" has been added to the quote. It was a nice dig at the time, which is unfortunately cheapened by the editing in this instance.
