[article=http://www.pnefc.net/news/article/north-end-capture-manchester-united-forward-2534129.aspx?]Preston North End have completed the season long loan of Manchester United forward Will Keane.

The England U21 international striker became the Club’s third summer signing, following the permanent arrivals of Jermaine Beckford and Paul Gallagher, when he put pen to paper on Wednesday evening.

Keane added that he was excited to get started: "I'm really excited to be here and I'm looking forward to the new season and the challenge ahead.

[article=http://www.swanseacity.net/news/article/gorre-joins-den-haag-on-loan-2530803.aspx#cASIUTpZViFmMrv4.99]Young Swans forward Kenji Gorre has joined Dutch side ADO Den Haag on a one-year loan deal.

The move comes shortly after the 20-year-old signed a new three-year contract at the Liberty.

Born in Amsterdam, Gorre made the move to England at the age of five. He joined the Swans in 2013 from Manchester United and made his Barclays Premier League debut at Crystal Palace as a late substitute. The first-team call came after impressive form for the club’s Under-21 side where he scored 18 times and provided 10 assists.

“I was delighted to sign the new deal and the loan move to Den Haag is a bonus,’’ explained Gorre. "It’s a good club that plays its football at a high standard. I believe it’s the best option for me to aid my development and make me a better player."

The move will be made a bit easier by the fact that, apart from his Manchester-based parents, all of Gorre’s family still live in Holland.

His mother Magali was actually born in The Hague while his father Dean played for the likes of SVV, Feyenoord and Ajax and English clubs Huddersfield, Barnsley and Blackpool before moving into coaching and management.

It was during Dean's days at Feyenoord that he played alongside current Den Haag boss Henk Fraser, who persuaded Gorre Jnr to make the temporary move back to Holland where former Swans midfielder Ferrie Bodde is also on the coaching staff.

“The Den Haag manager rang me in the summer about a potential move," added Gorre. “The fact that he was so adamant that he wanted me made my mind up. I’m really looking forward to it." [/article]

[article=http://www.avfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10265~4851967,00.html]Aston Villa Football Club is pleased to announce the signing of goalkeeper Mark Bunn.

He joined Norwich City in 2012 where he played regularly in the Premier League.

Bunn said: "I'm delighted to find myself working with Tony Parks again as he was the goalkeeping coach at Norwich City so he knows me really well.

"Aston Villa is a huge football club and this was too good an opportunity to miss out on.

"I'm looking forward to getting to know my new team-mates over in Portugal at our pre-season training camp and I can't wait to get started."[/article]

Nadir Ciftci - Celtic (£1.5 million)
CJeyyFBWIAECTmJ.jpg

[article=http://www.celticfc.net/news/8588]NADIR Ciftci says the prospect of joining Celtic was too big an opportunity to turn down after the Turkish striker put pen to paper on a four-year deal at Paradise.

The 23-year-old became Ronny Deila’s fourth signing of the summer after Dundee United accepted the Celts' bid, allowing the hitman to follow in the footsteps of Dedryck Boyata, Saidy Janko and Logan Bailly.

After being unveiled to the media at Lennoxtown, Ciftci said joining the Hoops was always his first choice.

He said: “Everybody knows what kind of big club this is. I knew it before I even came to Scotland and I’ve played for two years against them.

"But you realise as soon as you sign for Celtic and you are here. I guess I will realise even more when I play for them from now on, just how big it is and it means a lot to be able to play for Celtic.

"It was my first choice and like I say I know what kind of big club it is and I’m really happy that it is now finished and I’ve signed and I’m really happy to play for Celtic.

“I’ll do my best and give 100 per cent and try and fit in the team, do my job and what the gaffer asks of me.

“Hopefully we can get by in the UEFA Champions League rounds because that is the biggest stage and that’s where Celtic belong. I want to have a part of it with this big club so that’s why I chose here.”

Despite scoring 14 league goals in the previous campaign for United, Ciftci admitted that he saw signing for the Scottish Champions as an opportunity to further himself as a player by playing at the highest level.

Having witnessed both Gary Mackay-Steven and Stuart Armstrong flourish at Celtic since making the switch from Dundee to Glasgow in January, the attacker says he has been inspired to stake a claim for a regular place in the Hoops’ first XI.

“You’re never too old to learn and I’m always looking to develop in any things I need to,” said Ciftci.

“I know my qualities and the things I need to work on and the manager knows it as well and I’m sure I’ll get better and better every day I’m here.

“I’ve not spoken to Gary or Stuart since I’ve been back at pre-season. I’ve obviously spoken to them in the last six months when we played against them but not about this.

“They played in the UEFA Europa League game against Inter Milan and I watched it and we spoke about it because they were my old team-mates so obviously it is something that inspired me.

“I’ve been playing against Celtic last season so I know what the manager wants from me and from the team and he knows what I can do and what the team can give me to get better and to develop myself. You just welcome it.”[/article]

Cumbrian Dempsey is a graduate of Carlisle United’s Centre of Excellence. He made his professional debut as a late substitute in a 3-0 win over MK Dons on 28 January 2014, with his achievements last season coming on the back of just four fleeting substitute appearances in 2013/14.

Huddersfield Town Manager Chris Powell today welcomed Kyle to the Club:

“We have been able to secure Kyle’s services amid other interest in him. He has been on the Club’s scouting radar for some time; the Club has watched him a lot.

“He embodies the type of player that fits with the Club; someone who can come in and continue to develop.

“I don’t view Kyle as a direct replacement for Conor Coady; he is a different type of midfield player and will complement the other players we already have in the central area.”

“As you can see from his record with Carlisle last season, Kyle carries a significant attacking threat. He’s an industrious player with good technical attributes, ability in set-piece situations and, importantly, the desire to succeed.

“To achieve what he did with Carlisle United in League 2 last season as a first year professional was very impressive and demonstrates the potential he has. He’s still learning, but we will give him the platform to keep improving.”[/article]

[article=http://www.qpr.co.uk/news/article/tyler-blackwood-qpr-striker-transfer-signs-2539102.aspx#A6MLSPZgQHYmutl4.99]QPR have completed the signing of striker Tyler Blackwood.

The 23 year-old – who impressed during a trial period with the R’s last season – has agreed a one-year deal from 1st August 2015.

After putting pen to paper, Blackwood told www.qpr.co.uk: “I am very happy to sign for QPR.

“I worked hard throughout the backend of last season, and the start of this, and the hard work has paid off.

“I’m a striker who likes to play on the shoulder of the last man, use my pace, and I’m a goalscorer.

“My personal target this season is to get league appearances. I know I’m good enough, but I have to prove to the manager and the rest of the team that I deserve to be involved. That’s my aim.

“Under Chris Ramsey, you know that every day you train there is a chance you will be involved. It gives you that extra incentive, you don’t need any more motivation than that.”

Head Coach Ramsey added: “Tyler is a late developer. He went down the education route initially, and studied in America.

“He has trained with us for a few months and we believe he deserves this chance.”

Blackwood scored six goals in total during his first spell with Rangers, including a match-winning brace for the Under-21s at Crewe Alexandra and another double in a first team friendly with Norwich City.

Born in London, the former Northampton Town trainee arrives from the United States following a three-year spell with the University of South Florida. [/article]

[article=http://www.stokecityfc.com/news/article/stoke-city-shay-given-2539538.aspx#kblEsIUo3lpvO0KP.99]STOKE CITY are delighted to welcome Shay Given to the Britannia Stadium.

The vastly experienced goalkeeper has signed a two-year contract with the Potters after being released from the final year of his deal with Aston Villa.

It represents the second time the 39-year-old has worked with Mark Hughes having been signed by him when he was in charge of Manchester City.

Given has enjoyed a glittering playing career, which has seen him win 130 Republic of Ireland caps and figure prominently in the UEFA Champions League.

City Chief Executive Tony Scholes said: "Few players can match Shay for the longevity of his career but having finished last season as Villa's first choice goalkeeper, it's clear he still has so much to offer."

Hughes added: "I know Shay particularly well from our time together at Manchester City and I'm really looking forward to working with him again.

"He will not only be a great asset on the pitch as an outstanding goalkeeper but he's also a fantastic character to have in the dressing room and around the Club – a true professional."

Given started his career with Blackburn in the mid-1990s and spent 12 years with Newcastle, with whom he clocked up more than 350 league appearances and also had a spell as caretaker manager.

After a spell with City, he joined Aston Villa in 2011 and last season played in all of their FA Cup games as they went all the way to the final against Arsenal. [/article]

The 22-year-old central midfielder completed the formalities of his move today and is to fly out to Singapore to meet-up with his new teammates ahead of next week's Barclays Asia Trophy.

He has become the Club's fourth signing of the summer following the arrivals of Phillip Wollscheid, Jakob Haugaard and Joselu.

van Ginkel, who joined Chelsea from Vitesse Arnhem in 2013 in a deal reported to be worth in the region of £8million, spent last season on loan with Italian giants AC Milan, making 17 Serie A appearances.

A box-to-box player, he scored 18 goals in 93 league appearances for Vitesse - and was also voted Dutch Talent of the Year - which brought him to the attention of Chelsea who held off competition from a number of other clubs to secure his signature.

City Chief Executive Tony Scholes said: "Marco is a player with fantastic potential and we are delighted that he will be spending the 2015/16 season at the Britannia Stadium.

"Marco is keen to make a big impression in the Premier League and believes he can do that with Stoke City."

Manager Mark Hughes said: "Marco is the kind of player we have been looking to bring to the Club. He will bring great energy to the side and is capable of scoring goals from midfield, as he showed during his time with Vitesse.

"I'm looking forward to him linking up with the squad in Singapore and getting the chance to work with him on the training ground and see him in action in the Barclays Asia Trophy."

van Ginkel is an international teammate of City left back Erik Pieters having been capped twice by Holland. [/article]

“I’m happy to step up into Serie A and to do so with this jersey. I am a dynamic creative midfielder who is good at taking opponents on. I can be used in any of the midfield roles and not just as a deep-lying playmaker. My idols have always been Andrea Pirlo and Sergio Busquets.”[/article]
