Yeah definitely. The diamond seems to suit our style of play a lot better. We're not great defensively regardless of the system so we need to be more of a goal threat to make up for it.

A lot of us have said this for a long time, unfortunately Rodgers seems to really want a 4-3-3, maybe because we are vulnerable down the flanks in a diamond. I really want to see Lambert given a start, but maybe Borini has earned it, he looked decent when he came on last night.
