Anyway - just to add - this thread was about the potential of Goretzka signing for us. It has not happened, as the stupid trash bloke has decided to join a club that will make his life easier - so really another pussy like Neymar. On this basis can I suggest we shut/lock this thread up - why torture those that were dreaming of this fella signing for us. And to all those who thought he may sign - holding to dear hope .. he just shat on your club !!!

Really don't mind him going there. If his motivation was stacking his list of hounors , he did the right thing. We can't compete with the likes of Bayern, especially if they're offering a spot in their starting line up.
Don't do this to yourself buddy - you deserve a better German. It's not really - until that club goes through bad times - then you realize it was a great club. But when you have teams where one is winning year after year - to me - it then becomes a bullshit league. So Modo - you wanted a lover of bullshit to come to us - think of it like that and you will feel better. Look at the other thread about Can ? - I think most weeks everyone is having a go at Can's performances and how he fucks up and is slow to move the ball forward etc.. etc.. - he has a very good game against City where he faces an old Fernandinho (yes the one what was in that Brazil team that lost to Germany 7-1 at home) and suddenly everyone is worried. Staying closer to home and speaking your own language plays a massive part.
Football is not what it used to be. Among the top leagues in Europe, maybe two are competitive. So he's spent the better part of his career grinding it out with Schalke, cut him some slack. When he wins those titles with Bayern - he will feel nothing because it will be too easy. For all of you who think we are losers - I have never actually thought that - EVER, each new season I always think we will win something and are title contenders - two seasons ago we were in two finals with a worse squad. Two seasons before that we were title contenders up until the last 3 games of the season. We are always on the point somewhere - players will always have a chance of winning something if they come to us. No one wants to play us - NO ONE. That says a lot. So every player that wants to move on from us or does not want to join us - it is their loss. He's a cunt Modo - he knew he was going to Bayern and was just wasting our time.
