I know there are a few with two but can't think of anybody winning it with three separate teams.

I think he will be.

Can think of many players who played for Chelsea, arsenal and United. Or Blackburn.

Man Utd won the title in both the 06/07 and 07/08 seasons when he was with Chelsea. He spent 08/09 on loan to Milan (Man Utd won that season as well anyway). When Chelsea won it in 09-10, he played only 1 game before moving to Kiev.
