Kylian Mbappe

Torres was fucking fast. I've admittedly seen nothing of Dolberg but a few clips, but there's no way he's as fast as Torres.
Why is there 'no way he's as fast'?

Same height, pretty much same athletic build (a few pounds more muscle on Dolberg).

Same hair color even..

He doesn't look as fast.

However.... stop teasing me with this shit.

My heart was broken by Fernando..... I don't know whether I'm ready to love again like that.

Suarez was the dirty, filthy ride after the heart is broken - that you knew would never last, but fuck, it was good whilst it did - and you'd go back for more in a second...

Fernando was love... then he broke my heart.

Dolberg.... he's s cock tease at the minute, buy maybe....

Who gives a shite if he's as fast as Torres anyway. He's got pace, that much is clear, so we can check that box. You think its more about the timing of his runs etc.
Its all his other attributes and his goalscoring ability that are even more appealing.

Lewandowski wasnt/isnt that pacey either.

I hope we get our Hans on Mbappe... and his compatriot Badubadop.

I guess you meant this guy :)

Seriously, we should try to buy him as well. I was never on the Wanyama/M'Vila/William Carvalho etc bandwagon, but this guy is the first DM in a while that I've been really impressed with (alongside Kante, of course). He looks like a real player, not just a big hulking body. Amazing how loaded this Monaco team is with top-level emerging talent: Lemar, Fabinho, Mendy, Bakayoko, Mbappe... They are going to make so much money in the next few seasons.

Easy to forget how good Torres was for us pre-injury, as kinda blanked him in my mind after he went to Chelsea and his career went down the pan. Some of the goals were amazing

We have zero chance on this kid. More chance on getting Maxime Lopez if we dare go back for him, even he'll cost a cool £25m+.

Absolutely.

Imagine offering £95m for a player your manager would never consistently pick because they're too young.

Or even leaving Mourinho's age preferences aside, paying Ronaldo-Bale galactico money for an 18-year-old kid. No matter how talented he is – and I do like him a lot – it's still statistically far from certain that he will become a superstar of the Thierry Henry caliber (to whom he's often being compared, like many other French winger-strikers before him). Personally Mbappe reminds me of Aubumeyang – but I think even Aubumeyang, who is in his absolute prime years right now, would not command this kind of money. So it's crazy that clubs are apparently willing to spend more on a talented 18-year-old than on a mature top player that the youngster would do well to emulate.

OK, you obviously watched Dolberg a lot more than me. So if he's indeed as fast as young Torres, can you find me any goals by Dolberg where he sprinted into the space behind the defensive line, beating them with sheer pace? Just one goal like that, because so far I haven't seen any.

If you want to compare with Torres, just see the first 4-5 goals here:

Heartbreaking.

Arsenal ha ha ha. What a draw they are.

Yeah, seems weird, but the best chance they have of getting the top players these days would seem to be if Wenger is replaced.

By someone ace.

So hopefully that won't happen, and he carries on managing Arsenal until he's senile.

Neymar looking pretty cheap these days. Jesus too.

Maybe we should go all out on Brazilian players.

I think that's deceptive – there are probably a lot of payments to third parties we don't know about when it comes to buying Brazilians directly out of Brazil.
