In recent times I have to say.. No one does them better than Luis Suarez..

He is the nutmeg master..

Performances like that tonight.. really make me miss the cunt more..

His unpredictably and his abilty to pull tricks like that off was the best thing about him in an LFC shirt..

I was trying to work out what was missing from our season.. It's exactly this...

Skill that is beyond words..

It's called genius and only a handful of players per generation genuinely have it.

It still amazes me that some Liverpool fans were quite content to see him leave us, I will never ever understand that.
 
Yeah, its insane to think about. Or the fact that some seemed to think his finishing wasnt good.

It wasn't just Suarez's nutmeg for the first of his goals that was impressive, it was the fact that he then went and rifled it into the top corner of the net side-foot and running at speed. He's quality.

And if you want to know how anyone can say he's not a great finisher, have a look at the last league gam. Where Barca drew 2-2 and Suarez missed a load of good chances.

He's capable of the spectacular, but he still falls short of world class.

In fairness, for us it wasn't in his first season. Boy, did he make up for that afterwards though.

And it isn't as if he was doing nothing that first season either - to take just one example, I remember the commentator being completely unable to work out what had happened when Suarez did that impossible dribble past about three ManU players by the goalline to lay on another goal for Deadly. Ross' point about him not scoring against the top 4 sides is a non-argument - they all double-teamed him because they were terrified of him, which in turn made spaces galore for Sturridge and the rest.

You can't use your first line, and then completely ignore it for your second sentence (and all the assists AND goals he DID score).

The odd thing is that I've yet to meet any football fan who doesn't put Suarez amongst the top 5 today ...
 
He is a fucking amazing player. How many footballers would have picked up the ball and ran towards the centre back, having the balls to take him on when you didn't need to to get a shot in? He could have easily run into space - it would have left him a much more difficult chance to score, but he wouldn't have had to go past anyone - but instead he makes straight for Luiz because he knows he can beat him.

And then there's the finish at the end. Amazing player.

Today - he's in the top five.

Those two have been doing it for far far longer than he has in a top league ... He's in the level below them, which is still a-ok.

Yes he is, so either he isn't world class or there's a category above world class thay describes them because it's a disservice to Messi and Ronaldo to put them in the same category as Suarez

And went 8 games without a goal during the title run in
 
Code on TLW was on about managers not making a difference yesterday. He is the biggest bellend Liverpool fan around. Sadly he is Norwegian so he and Rosco would never get along.

Because going by your criteria, there are no other world class players in the world because ... those no other position player can add to their teams what those two do, not Neuer, not Robbie Keane, no one!
