Ben Chilwell, we wanted to pay £10m for him but got rejected? He has since only played 3 league games in a Leicester side that is struggling badly, he must not be that good?

We have an excellent left back already but need a young lad as an understudy and Chilwell is an outstanding prospect.

Corentin Tolisso from Lyon. Hard working, classy and goal scoring midfielder from Lyon. Just scored two goals on the weekend. Plus, he has that real desire to win as well.

Kessie is a great shout
Only if we finish top four.

As klopp alluded to, there are two shopping lists.

Plan A - Targets that everyone is after as we are in Champions League

Plan B - Young talented but proven.. I.e. Solanke type players.

Buy :

Joe Hart (GK)
Ben Chilwell (LB)
Virgil van Dyk (CB)
Christian Pulisic (W)
Geoffrey Kondogbia (DM)
Moussa Dembele (S)
Ryan Sessegnon (W)

Sell :

What a summer thatd be.

Id take it.although sessegnon is a wingback more than a winger , i guess hes young enough to change

Sell Mignolet Moreno Lucas Stewart and everyone on loan.

Raid Lyon for Tolisso and Lacazette then raid Leverkusen for Brandt/Bellerabi + Tah + Leno.

Both look certain to finish outside CL places.

After watching the game tonight it's a reminder of how good Lascelles is. Won everything in the air against some hulking Villa players, in both boxes and cool in possession. Absolutely commanding performance

Loads of interesting names mentioned.

Anyone but me thinking Schmeichel would be a good idea? I think he's got the right age and has shown that he can keep up appearances even when under pressure. Can't see Leicester holding on to him after this mess of a Season why I don't even think he will be that expensive. Should become available for around £10M and then we could potentially have our goalie situation sorted for +5 years.

Emil Forsberg, Celtic's Dembele and Christian Pulisic will all be linked I guess and would all improve us.

This is a pipe dream of mine but a forward combo of Kasper Dolberg and Moussa Dembele could potentially become one of the most terrifying and lethal around. Then add Mané, Coutinho, Firmino, Lallana and one of Forsberg or Pulisic (or someone else young and awesome) to the mix and we'd be creaming ourselves.

That's the type of ideas we need. Don't get me wrong I am not completely writing off Origi yet but he has simply not taken the next step required as of yet why we need to bolster and move him down the pecking-order. Studge and Ings won't be here next Season is my guess.

Also, we should probably keep an eye on Thomas Delaney's (25) progress with Werder. He was immense for FC Copenhagen for many seasons then moved on in January despite Everton putting in a late £8M bid even before he had played a single game for the Germans (that bought him for pennies in the Summer [£2M]).

He's now played 4-5 games for them and been voted their MOTM twice and was picked for Elf Des Tages in the weekend (TOTW) despite being stretchered off with a concussion after 60 minutes.

He's all energy, power, aggressiveness, leadership and the epitome of a REAL box-to-box midfielder. With both defensive nous and attacking intention. I am not saying we should defo be in for him but I believe we'd be wise to at least keep an eye out for him as he's so effortlessly leveled up in Germany and now is already being talked about as their most important player (as he was with Copenhagen).

Scored from a great free-kick in the weekend for Werder (that I can't seem to find on twitter) so you'll just get this belter of his from the group stages in the CHL instead..

Klopp is looking at adding to his backroom staff aswell:

Klopp wants to add Bayern's club doctor Andreas Schlumberger to his staff at Liverpool. Andreas used to work with him at Dortmund too. #LFC

Lots of ideas here, Kris. Most have been previously discussed.

I think Schmeichel actually makes good sense. Practical and likely effective choice.

Joe Hart's salary isn't a problem for us - no club on the planet will pay that (not even the Chinese and he wouldn't go there anyway) so when he moves on City will have to pay him off.

Man City will not sell to a rival would they? I've never been convinced by Joe Hart because he sometimes flaps at corners and crosses

Problem with Hart is he thinks he's fucking ace with his stupid penalty of putting larking around to pumping his chest with his fists but when it comes to the big games he inevitably fucks up. I'd also rather go forward Schmeichel.

Yeah I've been calling for us to sign Tielemans for a while.
Lascelles at Newcastle isn't bad.
And that left back in Villa.
