Real terrible news.
Our friends little boy has just passed away. Stevie Packer was 9 and a really promising player at the Liverpool academy Under 10's.
 
Terrible, probably the worst thing that could happen to a person is for their kids to pass before them. YNWA indeed.

That's horrible. So so sorry to hear that.

I can't think of anything worse. Every parent lives with a feeling of dread in their stomach from the first moment they hold that fragile life. It's like a paranoia, you always fear the worst in every situation & have to force yourself to ignore that to better the child & allow them to grow up normally, so when something does happen the irrational feeling of guilt must be overwhelming.

I just hope they can get through this & learn to honour his memory through their lives.

RIP mate, terrible news and at such a tender age, my thoughts are with his family and friends.
