I think we'll get past Palace either way but hope Sturridge is in there just to get his legs back.

He's very good but not the saviour by any stretch. However, what he will do is bring more movement up front, he'll create more room for Sterling and options for Coutinho, Gerrard and Henderson. I truly believe it's not a big step for us to improve significantly. Getting to last seasons form is going to require someone from outside the club but the current squad is good enough to get into the top four IMO. Daniel is an important part of that.
