He's not playing much for Madrid lately -

He's young, forms a great partnership with Sakho for France, speed, great tackler and just has all the tools to be a dominant defender for years to come.

He's Mourinho's top target supposedly ...

Skittles is almost 30 (or now 30).
Lovren has bombed.
Can is going to be midfielder.

Perhaps he should be one of our our top targets? 20 million for him and our part of our spine is sorted for the next 7-10 years (Sakho/Varane).
 
We'd never get him for 20 mill and if Madrid have any sense they'll turn around to Chelsea or any buyers and say if Luiz went for £50mill then Varane will cost you 70mill. Classy player though LTW just way out of our budget
 
Luiz only went for 50 million b/c it's PSG - they normally overpay by 50-75% ...

I think we can get him for 20-25 million ... especially if he wants to leave to play more ...
 
No chance of varane. I fucking wish there was, but he's a talent that could command a pogba like fee
 
And Real wont sell him imho.

It will be Ramos - Varane in the future. If Real arent fucking mad that is.
 
Chelsea seem to be buying top class talent at all too reasonable fees whilst the new new rich keep buying their cast-offs for exorbitant sums of money. Nice racket they've got going on.

Varane looked like an unstoppable talent when he got into the Real first team. I've not followed Real much this season. Why is he now out of favour?
 
Varane has been very good any time I've seen him play. Very hard to get past him with the pace he has.

I can see Mourinho going all out for him. He probably wants to pair him up with Zouma long term.
