The finish wasn't as good as how he started the move holding off Sissoko, escaping some guys challenge and then making the smart pass to (I think) Larsson ... Good result for us too ... Let's hope we can get 3 points today. COME ON LAZAR!
For the same reason they didn't keep Zlatan even though they were a good team with him ... He won't be a 'smooth' fit into the system where Neymar and Messi will be a lot 'bigger' (both on the pitch and off). His celebration after his goal wasn't what I remember of him last year ...
They weren't good with Ibra - he didn't fit at all. I don't think the two are even remotely comparable.
Suarez is much more capable of integrating into the Barca system. He's quick, versatile, intelligent and very creative in the final third. On paper he has all the qualities that Barcelona need.
It might be the case that it doesn't work our him there but I don't really get why you seem so sure of it. I believe there is a recognition that Barca need a striker, which is why they paid out for Suarez. Messi is no.1 and Neymar is getting better and better but that's not enough. They need more options. If Suarez doesn't end up cutting it - who will?
Vietto scored two for Villareal, he is looking like he's going to become some player.
He also looks like he'd fit well into out side.
Can dribble, quick, off the ball movement.

Have watched him in several games and I've been very impressed. Strange that we didnt try harder for him when Suarez left.
Vietto's agent, Jorge Cyterszpiler, was a very busy man. He confirmed that Liverpool were amongst the clubs he talked to in 2013, while stating that: "Vietto is the best young player in Argentina". One would expect that his price would skyrocket with every passing month, but in reality the opposite happened. His form dipped a bit in the beginning of 2014, and Villarreal manager to secure the 20-year-old talent for just 5.5 million euros, signing him to a five-year contract.
