    No he was pretty honest.

Said you can't afford to gift chances away with the quality we have and he's right.

I don't think I've done any ratings so far this season! I'm soooo sorry. Holidays and all that.

Anyway, it's better late than never, and there's an international break too, so here goes.

3-0 away to Burnley is a really impressive result, and the display was also most gratifying, probably even more than the 3-1 tonking of Arsenal. This was a ruthless, controlled destruction, that would have worried any rivals watching. Yeah, there was a scare or two, and Van Dijk even got turned once, but we should have scored even mnore, and surely would have if Salah passed once or twice.

Adrian (7) Clean sheet at last, and he deserved it, making one decent stop from close range. Kicking is still a bit weak at times, but apart from that he played well.

TAA (7) I was a bit worried that Gomez might come in at RB to combat Burnley's Uruk-Hai attack, but thankfully no. And TAA did well to keep the nippy McNeil quiet, while still making those trademark runs forward. Cross deflected in for the first goal, so that was nice, but his defensive work was equally impressive

Matip (7) His form over the last - what, six months? More? - has been consistently impressive and he was again unruffled, aggressive in the challenge and willing to carry the ball forward. Never looked overly bothered by the physical presence of Barnes or Wood.

Virgil (8) Imperious. Won everything in the air and was in the sort of mood that doesn't give the opposition any hope at all that they can score. Really good defensive organisation and understanding between Matip and Fabinho allows the space vacated by the marauding fullbacks to be filled in quickly, and Van Dijk is central to it all.

Robertson (7) Galloped up and down the left flank all day long, and never gave Lennon any opportunity to run at him. Also showed some lovely attacking movement, swerving into space around players and while his crossing is still a bit erratic at times, he's vital to us.

Fabinho (8) It all got a bit frustrating and niggly at times, with lots of fouls given and stoppages, but that's partly what makes Fabinho so valuable; he breaks things up and doesn't allow the opposition to settle or have time on the ball, and contested every second ball like his life depended on it. Was more expansive and creative in the second half and it's great having a DM who can do both.

Wijnaldum (6) Hefty work-rate as ever and does a lot of the hustling and busywork that isn't always obvious. Still frustratingly conservative in his use of the ball, which I think is a shame, especially when a risk or two is sometimes worth taking if you have Fabinho around to throw a big wet towel over any emerging problem.

Henderson (7) So advanced at times that he was often right next to Salah out on the right. Showed good vision with a few lovely passes and also fired in some wicked crosses (and also a few wickedly overhit ones)

Salah (7) Unlucky not to score with a shot saved onto the post, and this seemed to make Salah manically determined to score, often to the detriment of better-placed team mates. His pace and skills were a constant nightmare for Burnley, and he (inadvertently) assisted for Firmino's goal.

Firmino (9) Man of the Match? Maybe, because he was everywhere. Harried their defenders all across their lines, dropped deep, linked play and generally caused havoc. Set up Mane's goal with a quite beautifully weighted pass and then scored himself after Salah overran it. Splendid.

Mane (8) Odd to see so many early lofted balls towards him in the first half, but typically he challenged for everything against players about a foot taller. Was a constant threat with his pace, trickery and movement - how defenders must hate having to play against him and Salah - and got a deserved goal with a lovely finish. Would have scored more if his mate hadn't been so greedy at times.

Err because I was on a couple of flights so whatever package I have at home is irrelevant? What an utterly weird question! Also very weird that other 5 people (Likes) seemed to be similarly logically challenged!

Cheers mate. Yeah in-flight Etihad are excellent. Decent berth, great TV and film selection, lovely food and very good drink selection and snack choice. Average airport and just OK lounge (as far as business lounges go) and food. Qatar destroy them in the lounge stakes (my wife's says Emirates do too). Very good price tickets though!

The best business lounge I have been in is the Turkish Airlines one in Attaturk. Might have to spend a few hours there next May

I think the point was that the cost of business class flights could have you neck deep in whatever cable or streaming services you and half of Shanghai need for the next decade.

And how would that have helped me watch Burnley vs. Liverpool? If that was his point it was at an OCD level tangent! :D:D:D

Two floors of Snooker tables, libraries, cinemas, rows of XBox & PS, golf simulator, scalextric, showers, massage and about 25 bars. It can get crowded at certain times, but when it quietens down its about as good as it gets.

Its one end of the scale, at the other end of the scale is a United Airlines lounge in any non hub US airport

Haha I think China Eastern is likely way worse than United's. Cheap junk food and a seat, if you're lucky! There is literally nothing else. Actually in China most are like that.

That one is fantastic. It is a Nice stopper for a breakfast coming from far East or South Africa. Problem is that the airport doesn't have PL live. Once I flew East a friday night my original flight was in the middle of us playing at the bridge. So rescheduling the first leg for an early one and a taxi to Taksim Square did the trick.

Hey @Frogfish. I don't expect you to know but sometimes I write a travel blog occasionally (it needs a bit of dusting off at the moment admittedly) - Still there are a couple of business lounge ones that a little left of centre I could recommend. Cathay Pacific in HK is very cool. They've somehow managed to replicate the hawker markets of Singapore and HK on two levels without being too gaudy. The Qatar one is ace apart from the fat American twats that frequent the place (No offence to the Americans here but business Americans don't travel well - FACT) Weirdly Helsinki is boss. Mainly because it's so weird. I think this is probably my favourite of all of them. It's like walking into an LSD bubble filled dream filled with stunning scando lovelies all offering some of the finest seafood ever. I once sat down at the bar there and was immediately approached by some (very fit) chic offering me a complimentary massage! I was understandably sceptical - But she had a FinnAir badge on so I figured why not. I sat on the stool while she massaged my shoulders while I supped on a mojito. :)
