This guy is said to be the best player in the Championship atm.

Saïd Benrahma (Algerian)
Right/Left attacking midfielder
Right footed
24 years old
15 goals 8 assists

The closest contender is this Nigerian wonderkid:

Eberechi Eze
Attacking Midfielder (Centre, Left, Right)
Right footed
22 years old

Or this Brazilian:

Matheus Pereira
Attacking Midfielder (Centre, Left, Right)
Left-footed
24 years old
8 goals 20 assists 😵

On loan from Sporting and his contract expires by the end of the month. So he's free.

Despite their impressive stats, I have to mention that Tom Ince scored 18 goals for Blackpool one season in the Championship.
Also Jarrod Bowen who went to West Ham in January and scored 16 goals in 29 apps in Championship this season and he's been pretty meh for them so far...
So yeah...I guess a "don't believe the hype" is in order but that Pereira guy looks pretty decent to be honest.

Does Brewster make the cut?

Hes been sensational in his loan spell, 8 goals in 16 games so far has the Swans 1 point off the play off places. In just a couple of months hes become one of their key players. If you're Klopp you cant really ask any more than that from him. Id be very surprised if hes not playing premier league football next season.

Benrahma is clearly too good for the championship, he looks like Ronaldinho against some of those defenders. Has been linked with Leicester if Maddison moves on this summer.

Taarabt used to do that to players as well. But we all know how that story ended.
Taarabt chose pies and turkey breasts over his footballing ability.

But you have your ZIyech's, Mahrez's, to lesser extent Belhanda's and Feghouli's.3

Who knows how this guy will turn out, can't say I've heard much of him.

You're absolutely right but the reason I mentioned Taarabt isn't just because of their backgrounds, it's also because their style of play is very similar.
I also read that he isn't that good defensively.

I would have liked Bowen from the championship that west ham picked up, he'd fit our system perfectly. Never know, if they go down they might flog him at a reasonable price to us.

If they do Diangana is the player we should be hitting them up for, he looks a very good talent
