I like what Watford did this summer. Kept the squad intact and added precise reinforcements where they were needed: Dawson at CB, Welbeck on a free and now the club-record fee for Sarr who will definitely increase their attacking potential, while also fitting into the tactical structure. They have been one of the shrewdest transfer operators in the Premier League for some time and this is why they manage to progress in the league year after year without a large budget.
