It must be his overwhelming musical shitness transcending mediums and infecting those sportsmen, like an unstoppable autotuned virus of shite.

No idea who this cunt is.

But seriously... I'm jealous... but also, how? I don't keep up with current popular culture, but that's mad.

He's some fella that masquerades as a rapper/singer, by the way.

Wasnt there a similar thing with Jagger a few years back. He kept turning up to support teams that unexpectedly lost.

I honestly never listen to the radio except R4 and have not listened to a chart show or watched any MTV type thing for over 20 years. I don’t know who any of these new acts are. I’ve never heard an Ed Sheehan song or know who Bruno Mars is. It’s bliss.

You lucky, lucky man.

FWIW I manage to be quite divorced from a lot of 'celebrity' in similar fashion. Not so much music because I'm unfortunate enough to have a wife who likes shite pop music, but reality tv stuff.

I had no idea the Kardishans were famous in their own right until someone posted something in here, & I asked Bex if Kim Kardishan was any relation to the lawyer from the OJ trial as I recognised the name, she didn't have a clue so had to Google it.

It's very easy to ignore anything & everything you want now, thanks to kodi/netflix etc you only need to watch live tv for sports, you can simply choose what music you want to listen to by using playlists or being selective over what radio station to listen to, & having custom newsfeeds on your phone/tablet/laptop means you don't have to read about shite 'news' you don't want to. So much so that I've had to actively go out of my way to add some right leaning news sources to my news feed to ensure I wasn't always getting one side of the debate, as obv me adding & reading socialist & left wing news skews the amount I receive from there.

I've stopped paying any real attention to anything happening in the world - never watch tv, never read the news, don't go on twitter...

I'm completely oblivious to current affairs, and I don't think I've ever been happier.

Ignorance *is* bliss

Crystal Palace were able to pull off a shock on Sunday afternoon after defeating Arsenal 3-2 at the Emirates Stadium.
Arsenal had won 14 of their 17 home games in the Premier League prior to yesterday's game.
They were the overwhelming favourites to win and take a huge step to a top four finish.

However, Unai Emery' side went into the break 1-0 down, with Christian Benteke scoring the only goal of the first half.
Mesut Ozil restored parity, but two goals in eight minutes from Wilfried Zaha and James McArthur gave the away side a 3-1 lead.
