How many subs are we allowed?

It appears Klopp doesn't actually want to win any of these trophies anymore.

I don't understand the lineup. Why isn't Trent playing? Or Gini? Or Firmino?

We can't play worse in the second half. No way.

We stunk the place out in the first half. But of course, it is Istanbul....

Chelsea by far the better team in the 1st half, so much so it was nearly embarrassing. Surely they've got to have a new arsehole given at halftime. He obviously won't make no subs until about 5mins to go as per, so these lot have got to sort themselves out

I was gobsmacked by our ability to just give the ball away at every chance we got.
Its like all we’ve ever practised this entire summer.

Yeah, at least we improved the half time score from the last time we played a final here...

Fuck knows what the gameplan was but it's failed completely at the moment. They're managing to cause us all sorts of problems with about four players and still keeping their defensive shape so when we do counter attack we're still outnumbered. I haven't seen our full backs be so little of an attacking threat for a long time and can someone tell our midfielders that they're allowed to tackle as none of them have got near the Chelsea midfield so far. He needs to take Chamberlain away from the left wing as he hasn't been in the game apart from 1 pass to Salah.
The amount of ball watching from our players has been staggering and no cunt has gone with the runner just like the Norwich game when they had far more chances than i was comfortable with. We look so square at the back it's worrying.

It's a strange team, and it isn't surprising that we're playing poorly.

This team has a pretty set structure in terms of playing style - the midfield provides only industry, whereas the attack is made by the two full-backs, Firmino as the fulcrum and two wing-forwards.

We've abandoned that structure today - playing a CB at right full-back and a midfielder at left-wing forward. And of course Firmino is missing.

The result is no attacking fluency whatsoever.

Long-term given how important full-back play is for this side, Klopp needs to stop playing Gomez at RB period. If Trent needs a rest, Hoever needs to step up as he looks far more a natural full back than Gomez.

This.right.there. We are getting an arse raping soon. Our back line is too high and Gomez hasn’t a fucking clue what he is doing.

Firmino coming on. We'll be much better this half, mainly because we couldn't be much worse.

    Bobby for Ox.

Nothing will change because of our midfield 3

Last time we played JoeGo at RB, I was in Barcelona ... and it was a terrible result.
It's not a great spot for him ... and it hurts our ability to attack ...
(I haven't watched as I just got back from playing footy - but when I saw him at RB, I felt we'd struggle - esp with our midfield 3 as is)

Ox off, so we're back to XI on the pitch.

I disagree. Bobby improves the midfield, just as Pedro has improved their midfield.
