Pah! We've got Ox as back up striker. Talk about strength in depth.
Quadruple is on!

We can rotate the front 3 with Jota/Salah/Firmino/Ox(wtf) as the central striker.

Add Jota, Mane and Elliot and that’s no disaster but will rely on Jota picking up his early LFC form and Elliott hitting the ground running.

City about to spend a tenth of a billion on Grealish.
Doesn’t matter who’s in charge at Utd and how much they spend, they won’t catch City.

Haha pinning our hope on a 18 year old.

If he has half the impact that Fowler and Owen had at his age he'll have double the season origi or ox will

I think your calculations are a bit off. If he has half the impact they'd have at their current ages, he'll have more than double the season.

He's really good, but he ain't no Owen.
Yet...

TBF, it's easier to see the impact of a striker/winger at 18, than a creative player. Elliott could have a brilliant season, he just needs bobby not to be shit and mane to try and score goals this year.

Elliott will have a decent/underwhelming season for us, but only because he won't get the minutes a creative player needs to dictate play. He'll get 10 minutes every few matches to change a game, or see a game out.

Yeah, it's going to be a learning experience for him. He won't be among the preferred subs at least initially.

Solskjaer's done an OK job of settling them down after Mourinho caused havoc there, but I agree he prolly won't take them to the big prizes.

And Neville's answer was (don't forget Carra reckoned Klopp, Baldy or Tuchel would fancy they could win it with the current squad) : spend another £150m on Kane.
