Are Torres and Aguero the only ones to score more in England? Costa maybe?

It’s not really a fair comparison either way, because the best strikers in Spain would always be at one of the top two clubs there rather than in England. We normally see the Shane Long equivalents trying their luck in England. By the same token, would the mid to lower tier strikers in England score more goals in Spain? Not too sure.
What’s certain though is that the top level strikers, the rare ones playing in Spain and coming over to England listed above, did score more goals in the Premier League than La Liga.

Age is a big factor there.

Whereas we've seen Aspas score in Spain, not score in England, then score in Spain.

Look at Ronaldo. He had one season in the Premier League like Salah's. The following season was a more normal very good season.

He moves to Madrid and over the course of eight or nine years score more than a goal per game in La Liga.

I've no doubt he would not be doing that in the Premier League, not with that consistency.

For someone who loves data driven opinions that's completely subjective, Ronaldo was coming into his prime when he left for Spain.

If he stayed he'd have broken every goal scoring record in England

He wouldn't have scored more than a goal a game in England for a period of 8 years.

If that was possible we'd have seen someone score a goal a game in a Premier League season. That's never happened, despite Ronaldo playing in the Premier League.
Shearer, Henry, Van Nistelrooy and plenty of other great players failing to do it.

Even Suarez's goals per game went up when he moved to Spain.

Hmmm Ronaldo is arguably the greatest player of all time.

None of those you've listed are anywhere near that discussion.

Suarez hasn't peaked with us.

None of the other strikers you’ve listed have scored as many goals in the CL either. He’s the best goal scorer of this and maybe all generations, that peaked at Real Madrid. I think Henry’s goal scoring record declined in Spain. As did Van Nistelroy. But then they peaked while in England.
