So I've done lots of online shopping in the past few months like everyone else.
By and large the experience has been excellent, but I've had two strange identical occurrences and I can't figure out how they happened.
1. I bought a coffee grinder for £200. The company sent two. I emailed them to try to return the second and they said they couldn't possibly have made such a mistake so they didn't see there was anything they could do. I emailed a second time and got no reply. So I sold it for 175 quid.
2. I bought a spinning bike online for £450. Two boxes arrived this morning. One spinning bike in each box.
How the fuck are companies making these mistakes ?
