So first link is Granit Xhaka. Whilst maths isn't my strongest point, I'm pretty sure that both us and Arse cannot equally have an 80% chance of successfully signing this guy.

Arsenal and Liverpool have been given an 80 per cent chance of signing Granit Xhaka, according to reports.
The 23-year-old Borussia Monchengladbach playmaker has caught the eye of the Gunners, who have been tracking him for some time.
Liverpool are also keeping abreast of his situation, with Jürgen Klopp keen to make a statement of intent in the summer window.
German paper Bild have created a transfer inforgaphic to show the chances of Bundesliga stars leaving for the Premier League in the summer.
Players have been ranked, and the report shows Arsenal and Liverpool have been given an 80 per cent chance of pulling off a deal for Xhaka.

I don't think we are interested in Xhaka anymore. Can has established himself as the first-team DM; now it looks like we are looking to add a more advanced partner for him (in addition to Hendo, and Milner/Allen), that's why we are linked to Dahoud and Zielinski.

So we're interested in Rafa Silva from Braga according to A Bola. Anybody know anything about this guy?

The new Deco. The new Hazard. Scouted by Everton, Monaco, Southampton, and as he got more well known, apparently Arsenal, Liverpool, United.

Small, nippy looking attacking midfield player. Seen one or two clips. shrugs

all I have, sorry

Hmmm, it'll have to do then. For now.....

This thread can stay so long as articles / tweeters/ sources etc are identified /posted/linked. Subject to the usual proviso that when a link grows legs ot becomes its own thread.

Anyone persistently ignoring the above will be thread banned.

Yours sincerely,

Glorious Leader

Seems he can play anywhere across the attack but main position is as a left winger. Never heard of him so he'll be boss if we sign him.

No need to buy squad players in the Summer we need a new first choice world class keeper and a glatico signing to take us to the next level someone like Aubameyang or Reus or Griezman and get Benarfa on a Bosman that's it keep everyone else except Balotelli, Benteke, kolo and Lucas.

SuperDeporte journalist Dani Moreno told Radio Esport Valencia on Wednesday: "Liverpool will come this Sunday to see a player at VCF, for Mustafi. They will negotiate because they want to sign."

Valencia play Villarreal on Sunday, a nice combination which means a Liverpool official may well have been there anyway, scouting the opposition ahead of the second leg.
[/article]

"arrived at Valencia in 2014 from Sampdoria for a fee of €8 million. His contract runs until 2019 and it contains a €50 million release clause"

Ben Arfa? Hahaha as if. Players who flop at Newcastle shouldn't be top of the list

He's done really well at Nice by all accounts. Like "player of the year" well.

And we've been linked him with for years. But he's got a typically shit attitude and seems like a cunt, so fuck him.

Andriy Yarmolenko's agent has dropped a massive hint that his client could be on his way to Liverpool in the summer.
The 26-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League with Arsenal and Everton also being credited with interest in the Ukraine international.
However, the Reds now appear to be leading the race for the in-demand striker after his agent Vadim Shabliy uploaded a video to Instagram, which suggested a meeting took place between himself and Liverpool at their London offices.
Shabliy did not confirm that a deal had been struck for Yarmolenko to move to Anfield, but the '#transferwindow' tag has certainly fuelled rumours of him making a long-awaited move to the Premier League.
Yarmolenko's agent also represents Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Viktor Kovalenko, so the meeting could have been about securing a possible transfer for the 20-year-old.
Jurgen Klopp looks set to overhaul his Liverpool squad ahead of his first full season in charge and he could look to Yarmolenko to bolster his attacking options.
However, the Reds will face competition from Arsenal and Everton who are also keen on signing Yarmolenko after holding a long-term interest in the Dynamo Kiev talisman.
Yarmolenko is expected to command a fee of around £25million.

Probably bollocks, but I think Yarmy would be perfect for us.

Well the report says we've been in touch with his and Yarmolenko's agent so we could be after either.

Liverpool have begun negotiations with Ajax for Anwar El Ghazi, according to reports.
El Ghazi has been a stand-out player for the Dutch side this season, scoring 11 goals in all competitions in 31 appearances.
The 20-year-old was also called up to the Netherlands squad for the Euro 2016 qualifiers against Kazakhstan and the Czech Republic in October.
It is said he's attracted the interest of a number of top clubs including AC Milan, Manchester United and Liverpool.
And according to Italian website Gianluca Di Marzio, the Reds have stolen a march on Milan and their Premier League rivals and have begun negotiations with the winger.
The report says talks have started with Ajax and his agent Jorge Mendes and the forward is keen on a move to the England.
El Ghazi is under contract until 2019 and is expected to command a fee in the region of £12million.

Kinda looks like a direct, scoring, and quick version of Lallana. So nothing like Lallana.

He fits my recently-defined and universally approved transfer criteria: from Ajax/ The Bundesliga/ Belgian/ midfielder/ attacking/ quick

Two or more of those must be ticked for any transfer to occur.
