£130m to spend- what do you do?

With failed bid for Kieta and VvD, what do you do with the money.
The press are linking us with Lemar, Rafinha and even Spur's Toby Alderweireld.
So what you do with the money?

I think we had £130m to spend on them two players but we don't neccesarily still have £130m to left to spend. If Klopp still has hope in signing them 2 specific players then we'll still have to spend most of that money to get them. Who knows how much that leaves in the kitty but personally I'd bring in 2 or 3 experienced players who can help us now and not young kids with potential and need 2 or 3 years to be ready.
As for what players that would be well that would depend on what positions you need to fill and how much you have to spend.
