He's not as technically gifted as S. Nakamura but is more agile and athletic. Good player, left footed. But if we're in for him it wouldn't make a whole lot of sense as he's quite similar to Riera.

I've seen him play a little bit for Japan ... given Australia are in the Asian Confederation now, I watch the likes of Japan and South Korea play more.
He's a quick player from what I recall - but there's no way he could survive in the EPL in term of physicality.
A lot of these Japanese midfielders are quite gifted technically, but some are midgets and some are just not strong enough.
