No Ben, you've not shown anything in the last 2 years to suggest you're even close to being ready.

We've got players like Wilson who have been sent back out on loan after scoring 25 goals in the championship as they've been deemed not yet ready.

No chance. Nothing i've seen says that he will make it. Real talented players like Elliott just stand out. He has always looked very average. Maybe he needs to leave to get regualar first team football and finally settle on a position to play in.

Difference being Gerrard was top class in basically every position he played.

I don't think it's really fair to compare any young player to one of the greatest footballers to ever play for Liverpool. And even if you ignored Gerrard's obvious technical qualities when he first emerged as a skinheaded right-back, it was pretty hard to ignore how big, quick and powerful he was by the age of 19, and how badly he wanted it.

I've only seen him in the few times he's gotten minutes for the senior team so hard / unfair to make a judgement but he didn't really impress with his chances.

A player like Gnabry with genuine pace will generally find it easier to get opportunities over a supposed clever / floaty player with no set position.

Yeah, not good enough. Can't make an impact at us, couldn't make an impact at Sheff Utd. He is now at a League 1 club and I haven't got a clue how he's doing... but I assume he isn't tearing it up. Nope. Not gonna make it here.

It is safe to say he's not gonna make it.
