Depends on how good Coates actually is.
None of us know that yet.
I like Skrtel and think he is overly maligned but it could be that Coates is Beckenbauer and Hansen rolled into one.... in which case you would play him. What is fair to say is that so far Skrtek has done absolutely nothing to warrant being dropped.
