To be fair, Osman has been awesome this season. Not his usual goal scoring standard, but ask any blue and they will tell you he has been boss.
My point being that Hendo hasn't out-performed Osman. Not even close Hmmmmmmm. Hmmmmm says it all.

Thing is, this isn't even really about whether Leon Osman should be in the England squad ahead of Jordan Henderson.
We all, ALL of us here, as Liverpool fans, know that Henderson has been average, at best, this season.
The issue here is Joey Barton, once again, choosing a soft target to pick on.
Previous to this, it was 'I'm better than Gareth Barry....I should be in the England team......he's just a teacher's pet'.
Maybe so, Joey, but who has just played a vital role in a title-winning team and who has done the sum total of FUCK ALL for a team he captained, that was fighting relegation ?
Now, he decides to have a go at Jordan Henderson.
Like Barry, someone that just keeps their head down.

Doesn't inflict physical harm on people because he's got "demons".

It has been all too smooth sailing for him without him actually trying hard and taking initiative on the pitch.
Lucas got it, and he stepped up the game. Henderson has similar attitude to the game, and i think some criticism is well deserved. He is not in that England squad on performance.

Not necessarily some get stronger like Lucas others might get worse.

Wiltshere would have been a starter if fit but Hendersen is there as a squad player. Barton may have a point but Henderson outperformed him all season, so if Jordon is shite, then Joey must be the toilet paper!
Perhaps Henderson shouldn't be in this England squad, even as cover. There's no need to call the Liverpool player shit though.
He's a young lad and was a little overwhelmed last season transitioning to playing for a big club and was probably given too many games however he has potential, a good attitude and works hard. The type of player Liverpool fans over the years get behind and support.
