Based on that he's done well wherever he's been and has loads of experience.
Dont really care about his nationality or where he's been, I think he's deserved this chance.

People that believe owners are willing to risk relegation only to have a countryman as manager doesnt understand the business. The difference between Championship and PL is huge when it comes to income and obviously they Invest in who they believe in.
So it's a total coincidence that an American manager gets a job in the Premiership for the first time ever, at a club that was recently taken over by two Anericans
There has been enough american owners in PL to hire the first american manager if the timing was right. I think they spole to several candidates and went for the guy they believe in, not the passord they trust!

And Marcelino, and probably a few others. Bradley has been a candidate for several other jobs in the PL earlier, good to see him get a chance.
To add to that. Its good to see Swansea make an appoinment that will fit with their style of play and way of thinking. Huw Jenkins has been good at that with their former appointments aswell.
Bradley might not have experience from the PL but why give the job to the same people that have achieved nothing or someone like Giggs with no experience at all.
He was so well liked when he was over here, strong leader and very good on the training field and plays very positive football.

It was a harsh sacking. The results have been poor, but they've been handed a very tough start. The played the last two champions and played two of the form teams in the league (they were unlucky not to get a few more points in those games too). Only losing to Hull could classify as a very bad result out of their start to the season.
It was always doomed to fail. There were serious doubts about him being given a long-term deal anyway, but his results and the fact that he steered them to safety forced their hand a bit. Sort of like Henry and co with Kenny.
I don't think Guildolin is any worse than Bradley as a manager. His time at Udinese was a considerable success.
Their transfer dealings (overall, i.e. ins and outs) in recent seasons has been pretty poor imo.
Signings who cost them decent amount haven't worked out - Alberto Paloschi, Eder, Franck Tabanou etc. whereas they failed to hold on to the successful ones like Ayew (Bony, Davies, Vorm, Shelvey) for long.
It's also worth noting they lost both Ashley Williams and Andre Ayew in mid August.

Cheap shot on a guy you obviously doesnt know. He has not got a big name or anything... But he comes across as a geniunly good man.... Good values.... Strong character.... And able to have a group pulling the same direction. Not saying he will be an instant success, but he will be capable to do a good job. Better than Giggs, Laudrup and a few others that possibly were up for that job.
Cloggy already milked them likes.
