I thought Henderson was massively frustrating again, always looking for the easy option. It wasn't easy picking something out of that shite, but I'll go with:

Suarez
Gerrard
Doni (wasn't a great punch for the goal but he didn't look like he let nerves get the better of him either).

Skrtel wasn't far off either. Other than that, same old same old. Shelvey at least looked positive with his play and was much better than Mr Beige.

Actually, downing I thought played quite well. Crosses were good, and was direct.

Funny, I though Downing, bar one good run in the first half was mostly awful.

He tried a few crosses and tried to move in to dangerous positions quite a lot. Tbh it might be because I'm comparing him to others today!

I know what you mean.But he was running in the right areas and trying,as usual, to link up with Suarez.He managed to run into the box a bit too, which we have been needing lately.I just think he is a good example to have on the pitch of indefatigable effort to the last minute of the match.
