At end of season. Confirmed on Sky Sports News.

What a cracking centre half he was in his prime.

It's been emotional watching a player like Vidic turn to shite this season. I actually nearly cried when he got that very harsh red card a few weeks back.

Moyes = Souness
Vidic = Hansen
Mata = Dean Saunders

Really going to enjoy the next 20 years ....

Paul Parker was on the radio this morning saying that the reason he's going is because of Moyes and that he'd have signed an extension if ferguson was still there. lol
Quality defender in his prime, but now he's shit I'd rather he stayed there.

Maybe, but I'd guess United played hardball with him. He's not what he was four years ago.

Same with Evra

They're about to replace 3 of their 4 defenders (if not all 4) and the likelihood of that 'working' is low ... It's going to get much tougher for Moyes.

The only comfort for United fans is they'll have money to spend, but I can't see it being a smooth transition even with that money.

Money often makes managers lazy when it comes to signings. A great example is Tiote being linked to United now.

Tiote is a good player, but I get the point.

I think this is good for United. He's well past his best, and overrated and overpaid, United should ship him on.

They need a whole new midfield and most likely a whole new defence, most of the players that need replacing they won't get a fee for either.

Hopefully Moyes will get that chance to waste a lot of money.

United team next season:
----Howard
Hibbert---Jagielka----Distin---Baines
---------Barry---Carrick
Mirallas---Fellaini----Osman
------------Rooney

Evertons team:

-----Loan signing
Loan signing---Loan signing--Loan signing--Loan signing
-------------Loan signing----Loan signing

----------Loan signing

Utd are going to have to replace Ferdinand, Vidic and Evra. Possibly RVP if he wants out. Thats a lot of transfers they have to get right.
Its imparative that Utd dont get CL footy next season imho. They can and will attract quality players but some might think twice about joining them under Moyes and with the Europa League.

Don't forget the midfield, theres been talk of Rafael getting binned off aswell.

I'm finding it a bit disappointing that their faded superstars are not hanging about on massive wages and causing a fuss about being dropped.
