What a fucking player. Has he surprised you all how good he's actually been? Always impressed me every time i watched him at Southampton and I was genuinely excited by him signing, but fuck me I didn't think he'd be such a hit. Can go quiet in games sometimes but he just comes alive out of nowhere with his pace and directness. He's really composed in front of goal as well.
Thrilling footballer.

Well based one the logic used when Origi scored a few last season he's a goal a game player in the league so I expect 38 league goals this season

He gave me the impression of a ball hog when he was at Southampton but my goodness me he looks a different player with us.
I love how he constantly tries to get his teammates involved by making a point of forcing one-two's, something not seen since Suarez and Gerrard.
His work rate off the ball is great too.
He's our best player by a mile. With Coutinho being a cunt, all our hopes are resting with him. Really wish we'd just throw 90m or something at Redbull and bring his mate in. Because Keita's another one that tries to force the issue. We have no midfielders that do that. With those two, supported by the speed of Salah and the intelligence of Firmino, we'd be bloody good.

1. How fucking slow is Coutinho?
2. Can't run hendo is quicker than why he Divock
That's top speed to be fair, Phil is more about acceleration in small spaces. Divorce is just wank anyway, but I'm not surprised that Henderson is quick when he gets going, bit like Gerrard in the day, big leg span.

Fake edit:divorce was entirely an accident, but I feel it's quite a fitting analogy of his time here.

Those fastest player lists always seem useless because you'll get a random CB who you just know isn't that fast popping up at the top.

As said, it's all about the acceleration anyways for the most part.

Just thankful he doesnt have a release clauuse in his contract though expect him to leave within 2 years as per usual.

I thought he was overrated and overpriced and has been pleasantly surprised about him. He is proving to be one of the top 5 attacking threats at the Club which is nice ;)

More importantly than fastest player, should be fastest player with the ball...I don't think Hendo would be in the top 6...

Sadio Mane is more important to Liverpool than Philippe Coutinho, says Jamie Carragher, who maintains that the Brazilian will not be sold this summer.

The Senegal international scored the winning goal for the Reds on Saturday as they saw off Crystal Palace for their first Premier League win of the season, but Coutinho was left out of the squad due to a back injury.

The winger continues to attract interest from Barcelona, but when quizzed if Mane was more important to the Reds than his Brazilian team-mate, Carragher was inclined to agree.

"I'd make an argument for that, especially with the way Jurgen Klopp likes to play. I think he's massively important," he said on Monday Night Football.

"You see the goals that he's got and his goals record for a wide player is phenomenal since he's come to the club.

"All the other players on the list are top strikers in the Premier League. For Mane to be there, it shows his impact.

"If you compare him to Coutinho, who is a fantastic player which is why Barcelona want him, but if he carries on the way he is going, the top clubs around Europe will be looking at him because he has been a revelation since he came in."

While Coutinho's future is yet to be decided, former Liverpool defender Carragher does not believe the club will sell the winger at this late stage in the transfer window due to their own lack of activity.

"They will hang onto Coutinho now, of course. I don't think there is any doubt now. I said a few weeks ago that they can't sell him, but the problem is it becomes more political rather than the business of it," he added.

"Liverpool have had such a poor window, they couldn't be seen to be letting go of him. Now if Liverpool three big targets of Virgil Van Dijk, Naby Keita and Mo Salah had all come in the door, it may have been easier to prise him away.

"Even a supporter might have thought '120m for Coutinho?' with the ability to go and spend that with a few weeks of the season to go, but they were never going to sell him because of the fact they had not bought enough players in."

Our beat of business since Suarez.

All you could hope for in an attacker just pray he can stay fit and doesn't want away next season.
