Sakho and Lallana will have excellent seasons.
Millner will prove to be an excellent signing.
Lovren will still be shite.
We will go far in the EL.
We will finish 5th.
We will win nowt.

What are your sneaking suspicions?
 
Frimino will make those clever runs we crave. I think he's going to surprise a lot of us. Then again he did nearly cost 30 million. I think people are forgetting about him.
Ings will also impress us when called upon. I'm hoping he'll be a pleasant surprise.
 
Yeah, from the little I've seen Firmino seems to have that gritty, solid look that Suarez had. Clever, quick mind and feet, good instincts and will to win. Here's hoping.
 
Milner will have a very good season.
Ings will feature more than Origi and bag at least 10 goals.
Our exit from the EL will be about as inspiring as last season's was.
The ridiculously tough run of early away games will cause massive speculation about Rodger's getting the boot, especially as he'll try about 15 different formations and change in personnel....he'll ultimately survive it.
Sturridge won't play a competitive game until November.
Benteke will absolutely monster Kompany when we are away to City....Somebody will also pole-axe Sterling in that game. A part of me hopes it's Coutinho tracking back.
Firmino will take time to settle, but will be awesome by the second half of the season.
 
We'll miss Gerrard by December when we have 2 goals from midfield.

Our defence will still be a shambles if a dm isn't sorted.

Ming will return to his dodgy ways and the ginger bloke will be in goal by Christmas.

Firminho will light up the league and Origi will surprise a few.
 
We actually have a lot of good signings. Not great, just good, and some quite good.

There's no Voronin, Cheyrou, or Poulsens in there. Nothing naff

The issue will be bedding them in, as it was last year.

Pesam, you've just made me go all-in on the Scouse Boom-Bust Cycle! Dumbledore's Army here I come.
 
Milner is going to be more important than many of this site have recognised.
Origi will struggle to impact upon games and predominantly be used off the bench and will likely be loaned out next year.
Firminho will be underwhelming.
Lallana will prove himself this year.

We'll take the Europa League too seriously and finish 5th or 6th as a result.

Challenging for the top four and higher will depend much on the fitness of Daniel Sturridge and the form of Mignolet.

I've never joined Dumbledore's army Doc because I've always had a niggling doubt about Benitez's and now Rodgers's ability to guide this impressive squad to glory. At least over the last few years we've amassed a squad good enough to win the league (unlike the days when we were trying to compete with United's Giggs, Keane, Scholes, Ferdinand etc or Arsenal's Viera, Petit, Henry etc) now all we need is Brendan to prove he is the Messiah.

Fuck it...in-for-a-penny-in for-a-pound I'm gonna join Dumbledore's Army!

I believed Bogdan, Ings and O'Driscoll would turn out to be good acquisitions because they got the Pesam stamp of approval.

You're on your own with this one though!
 
Can will be a monster.
So will Milner.
Benteke will be better than many claim him to be.
Our defense will still be very shaky.
So will Mignolet.
Our tough start to the season will not be as disasterous as we fear - It may be good to travel to the scum and the arse that early in the season.
We'll be in the CL chase right to the end and we'll get 4th.

Lots of people (@RedNinja) will have to start uncunting Rodgers and Benteke
 
I think we'll do better this year, not really because we'll have better players, more because some of them have had a bit more time to settle in and we had a lot of bad luck last year. Top 4 is possible, it depends on how everyone else performs really, I think Arsenal will have a pretty poor year, maybe City too.
