Looks like Man U will soon be roaring back when their injuries clear. LFC, City & Chelsea have relatively little injuries. City will not have any issue as they have a huge squad. Arsenal looks the worst off.

Where's Aurelio on that list? Is he dead or is he that given that there's no need to put him on the list.

Well spotted. I actually wrote down Fabio before I went to the site but it excluded Fabio. You may be right. He may no longer be on the pay roll of LFC?

A statement on the club's official website, www.arsenal.com, read: "We can confirm that, following investigations and subsequent medical opinions by club specialists, left-back Andre Santos will have surgery to repair ligament damage in his right ankle sustained in the game against Olympiacos last week.

"Andre will have surgery in Brazil this week and is expected to be out for around three months. Everyone at the club wishes him well."

Left with Gibbs as the only out and out LB option. Seeing Gibbs' out injured too, will a youngster benefit, a short term signing be made or someone plugged into the role as makeshift?

Did Carragher retire or are we pretending he doesn't exist
