Deserves it really, massive massive improvement in him since we signed him, and he's a big miss when he's not there.

Very well deserved. Great credit to the lad and indeed to Rodgers who has worked wonders with him.

Totally made up for the lad. He fully deserves it and frankly he is a massive asset to this club. There were so many doubters about him when he signed. The price tag, the lack of experience - To see how he has blossomed is ace. Who do we thank? I'm going for the King. He always backed him.
 
Well done Henderson. He has improved greatly, and let's not forget not long ago Rodgers was offering him to Fulham, so what a turnaround by the guy.

The one thing I like about Hendo is he celebrates every goal he scores as if it's a 90th minute winner :D
 
who would have thought it considering he looked for so long to have the balls of a eunuch . Even rodgers was willing to let him go . So fair fucks to him for working his way to this .

Well he's essentially replaced a role that Agger had last season. And Henderson obviously isn't Lucas or Joe Allen either, so there's the truth behind the standard bitter retort.

Should we be surprised that hapless Modo is unhappy with this? It conflicts with too many of his agendas. He probably can't get his head around the fact that it's been given to someone who performs well regularly, as opposed to never-present, inconsistent sicknote.
