Top 5 yes, but Steve Harkness has a special place in my heart.
Tanner occasionally played LB. No LFC player has been or ever will be worse than that guy.
I think Kvarme may have played there at one point too.
Carter was just a zero of a player. Tanner was worse IMHO, positively painful to watch.

Like i've always said. This guy just keeps on costing us points (though Kuyt was more at fault). He's been our worst player this year, by some distance and Rafa's decision to let go of Riise is looking a very poor one. Riise was hardly the best, but he was never the worst.
I don't know how good Insua may become in the future and i'd be more than willing to re-appraise his ability in a year's time if he had a good season next year. But I doubt it, as he really hasn't got many redeeming qualities. Slow, weak, short, poor stamina, can't beat a man, can't stick with a man, can't cross, poor passer, not very good on the overlap. It's quite disconcerting that Rafa feels he's good enough, but then again, this is the same guy that bought Dossena for 8m (who incidentally I rate as slightly less calamitous than our Argie).

I think bren gives lucas a rough but I 100% agree with him in regards to lnsua, he has GOT to be one of the if not 'THE' worst left backs I've ever seen play for liverpool and I've seen djimi traore.
