I doubt it. The shot was on target and if it goes off a defender trying to stop it going in then it's not an OG.

I think theres a rule if the ball changes direction a certain number of degrees it is an own goal. Hope Suarez gets it but doesn't really matter.

The rule definitely used to be, if it was going in anyway, it's not an OG. But maybe the rule has changed since?
