The tall baby face is Jody Brouwer.

And I'm conflicted about that video. It was a brilliant bit of individual skill there that I'm glad to see, and part of me wants to say get that lad in the first team now, but on the other hand he showed some seriously poor decision making. He had an easy pass that would have put Brouwer through on goal and he wanted to be Mr. Fantastic. That's great if you can pull it off as he did there, but I get the sense that Vidic and Rio wouldn't be quite so accommodating.
