...is here again.

What do you want to happen before next season (besides new owners)?
A new manager?
New players (you get to replace a maxium of 3)?
Promotion from the reserves?
Other changes (besides new stadium)?

New owners.

New manager - god knows who, though.

I'd sell a lot of the players. Not just for the money, but because there is so much fucking shite in the team that all it does is stop the youngsters progressing. The likes of El Zhar, Degen etc.

It's Ok it's sorted.
We are getting £35m for Aqualani, Babel, N'gog and El Zhar

LMFAO

It looks about £25m tops to me

Liverpool are seeking to raise £35 million from summer sales.

The People says Reds boss Rafa Benitez has put £17m Italian midfielder Alberto Aquilani up for sale after just one injury-hit season, along with Holland forward Ryan Babel, French striker David Ngog and Moroccan winger Nabil El Zhar.

The agents working for Benitez are looking for big prices, which is making it hard to shift the club’s dead wood.

Italian clubs are being tipped off that Aquilani can return to Serie A, but he will cost close to £15m.

Babel is also available if anyone is willing to part with a whopping £10m for the Dutchman.

Ngog, a willing deputy for Torres this season, arrived at Anfield for just £1.5m from PSG in 2008 – now the 21-year-old is rated at £10m by Benitez. El Zhar has made only a handful of appearances in four years – but the Reds hoping to cash in on the 23-year-old before his deal runs out.

What do you want to happen before next season (besides new owners)?
A new manager? No...
New players (you get to replace a maxium of 3)? 2 proper wingers, and a new striker...
Promotion from the reserves? Sure...
Other changes (besides new stadium)? a better season than this one...

A new manager? Yes (or a serious change in attitude from benitez, ie. let the team play like the later half of last season) but 99% yes
New players (you get to replace a maxium of 3)? Yes, has to be more than 3 tho! With Riera probably being kicked out, aurelio available on a free and insua generally being shit, theres three squad members that have to be replaced for starters. Add to that the fact that more quality is needed on the wings and a back up striker (jovanovic is a good start but we need more options), we need a minimum of 6 new players in the squad with three of them being in the world class bracket

Promotion from the reserves? Yes, want to see more of pacheco, kelly and Ldv (if he's ready)

Other changes (besides new stadium)? Probably for me to wake up and realize that if even 25% of the above happens itll be all we can hope for this summer!

Conversely, does this mean that if Benitez is given 10 million pounds to buy a player, he will be bringing in gems like David Ngog on board?

Thanks Rafa...

10m for Eggnog. Fuck me, that is hilarious

Mind you, if he does manage to get some retards to pay 25m for him and Purple Aqui, in whatever combination of fee, that would be simply amazing

And booting El Zhar is also positive. Now all he has to do is get rid of Lucarse and Insewer and I'll start being a bit more optimistic about next season

Hopefully Rafa will tell Juventus to buy them all ahead of his proposed move, and then once the cheques clear, do a massive U-turn and spend the money on some decent players.

It's a bullshit article from The People. What's it got to do with Rafa?

$10m for Babel? Didn't we turn down $11m in January?
[/quote]

We accepted, Babel refused to leave.
