Carroll and Downing are the only liverpool players in the squad. Thought Kelly mightve got a sniff but again, he'd probably have been broken anyways.


Goalkeepers: Scott Carson, Joe Hart, David Stockdale
Defenders: Leighton Baines, Gary Cahill, Ashley Cole, Phil Jagielka, Phil Jones, Micah Richards, John Terry, Kyle Walker
Midfielders: Gareth Barry, Stewart Downing, Adam Johnson, Frank Lampard, James Milner, Scott Parker, Theo Walcott, Ashley Young
Forwards: Darren Bent, Andy Carroll, Wayne Rooney, Danny Welbeck, Bobby Zamora.
 
Phil Jagielka is nowhere near the level required to be an International centre back.

He's a Stoke goalkeeper on loan at Ipswich or something. He sounds like a character from Corrie.

Re Carson - You'd like to think so. From day one I outed that fucking kipper as one of the worst goalkeepers I'd ever seen.

I've no fucking clue about Stockdale to be honest. English keepers are usually shite mind you.
 
The reason England never win anything has nothing to do with how well they keep the ball, look at that fucking squad. I'd be embarrassed to have some of them in the Ireland squad

Even some of the weaker players in that squad would infinitely improve your lot
 
I reckon there's at least 12 of them not up to International standard:

Goalkeepers: Scott Carson, David Stockdale
Defenders: Gary Cahill, Phil Jagielka, Kyle Walker
Midfielders: Gareth Barry, Stewart Downing, Adam Johnson, James Milner
Forwards: Andy Carroll, Danny Welbeck, Bobby Zamora

whether due to inexperience, being past it or just not being good enough. Or I haven't even heard of them.

Make a team out of them names above and tell me how good it would be. I'll tell you... shite.
