That's a bit of a personal question.

How the hell do you give everyone the same level of education? Start from that? If you ended AT that you'd be a fucking miracle worker.

As ever, I get nowhere with right wingers.

How 'bout them Yankees?

What so asking a question is being impossibly obstructive?!

I suppose you mean all private education should be banned? To the end of everyone being similarly educated?

You don't think even having done something so draconian people won't use their varying resources in different ways so as to confer the same advantages on their children? Or would you seek to ban, say, private tutors, too? Or would the level of wealth redistribution be so extensive so as to negate the question?

These seem to me the very first questions anyone in your position should be considering.

There is always going to be inequality in a capitalism based society. You can mitigate it to some degree, though.

We live in a world where money has a bigger implication on your future than hard work. That's fucked and the balance can be redressed to an extent. And I don't mean the 8% (or whatever it is) who are privately educated. We can concentrate on the rest.

You say you get nowhere with right wingers, but the above is an example of why I find I make little progress with left wingers.

It's always so nebulous. What solid things would you like to see done to further your ends?

I mean I can name my goals in simple policy terms, for example:

- privatise all education
- privatise all health care
- limit welfare to a single adjustment of a person's income
- abolish as many taxes as possible
- have a target limit on the amount any individual ever pays in tax
- leave the EU

What six broad things would you like to see instituted that you think would lead to a more socialistic society?

I may be missing something or it might be your whole point, but how does the privatisation benefit anyone apart from the already wealthy?

I think it benefits the very wealthy least of all.

The biggest beneficiaries would be the very poor.

Jesus, not one comment about the game in three pages, but plenty of brotherly love. And no sign of modo.

Broadly?

Tax the rich more
Tax the poor less
Increase the intake of poorer students to the better universities
Stop privatising the NHS, and fund it better
Increased pay for teachers and nurses
