At the end of the day the man is just trying his best in his job.
People can point to the money he's spent and say he's brought these problems upon himself(although he didn't buy Tevez) but any other Manager would spend like fuck if they were City manager. Ridiculously high expectations, tough competition and a ruthless industry.
From afar Mancini seems to be a fair guy and gives his players plenty of chances to prove their worth. Balotteli being the prime example. Maybe he's too nice and that's his problem. Either way, i despise seeing multi-million pound footballers treat their Manager, Club and Fans with so much disrespect. Souness was spot on with his views on it.
