Hopefully we'll our players get through this international break injury free.

Suarez, Lucas and Coates have to travel to South America. Two games, 7th and 11th October.
England players only have one important game.
England U21s, Kelly and Henderson are playing two games. Though Kelly isn't a starter (Walker).
The Dutch are pretty much qualified.
Enrique hasn't been selected by Spain.

My line up:

Lucas
Gerrard
Kuyt Suarez Bellamy
Carroll
 
it will be same again but henderson may reclaim his place from kuyt. that's the only change I see happening.
