I also think this idea that we can't attract quality to Liverpool is a myth; yes, we probably can't attract the very best talent, but there are plenty of quality players that arent going to be in the CL next year either and would want to come to Liverpool.
NO one can tell me that the Liverpool in June 2011 is less attractive than the Liverpool of January 2011 which managed to attract Luis Suarez.

That said I think our signings will have a far bigger impact on our team than many think.
