I feel like strangeling people that still harp on about the transfer fee with my belt. Its been 12 months and its still 35 mill. Get over it. He hasnt been very good and we paid way to much. Not good enough, but I still like him. God knows why at this point.

Held off and outmuscled the City defender when he went through on goal. Great save by Hart.
Good header from Kelly's cross.
Worked hard(well at times)

Posted before that i couldn't give a shit if he cost £35million or £3.5million, i'd still expect him to be capable of having basic football skills.

Posted before that i couldn't give a shit if he cost £35million or £3.5million, i'd still expect him to be capable of having basic football skills.

Thought he showed willing & troubled defenders at times. He looked like he wanted to hold the ball up but couldn't, which worries me.
He also looked unfit, panting after that promising run that ended with him tripping over the ball.
I refuse to write him off, there's still a good player there somewhere.
Looking at it another way, if he actually does have a drinking problem, should we really just get shut? Is that truly the approach of a responsible employer? It's how gazza ended up destroyed, clubs ignoring his antics or moving him on when it became too much, instead of dealing with the issue.

Errrr.......apart from pictures and accounts of him being a pisshead. If I was a supporter of Carroll I'd be hoping he DID have a drink problem or some other reason for being fucking shite rather than....well....being shite with no mitigating circumstances
