Transfer listed by Spurs today. Might be a cheapish extra wing option for Brendan's 4-3-3 and as competition for Sterling.

He's certainly a better option than Downing there.

One year left on his contract, might be able to nick him for 6m or so?
 
He looked really interesting a few years ago. I don't know what to make of him these days to be honest. He seems to have lost his way at Spurs. Maybe a fresh start...
 
I would have been all over this a couple of years ago. He has similar end product issues to Walcott, only Walcott seems to be improving, whilst Lennon has gone backwards. He has devastating acceleration though, and if he's available on the cheap, it would be interesting to see what Rodgers could do with him.

I think we'd have to insist that he grows his full eyebrows back before we agree anything, though. Maybe write it into the contract or something.

I think the lack of a proper winger over the last couple of decades is beginning to have a detrimental effect on certain red's sense.

I'd be happy with Lennon...if he fixes his eye brows. He would improve our squad and has something to prove.
