All Red

I signed up last week - but not for tickets - more for the video content.

It will be harder to get tickets because we’re really good. It’s only easy when we are shit.

It is. I was basic living at Anfield when Hodgson was about, especially in mid week cup games against complete shite. It's very conflicting.

The way football has grown I'm pretty confident Anfield could sell out 90k stadium for the season before a ball is kicked. It was always the one major draw back of staying at Anfield.

It is, I remember the days when a certain forum member Sub me his mate’s season ticket just after Klopp started. Those were the days. Without this forum, my chances of tickets would have bee 95% less even then…

No amount of tinkering with the process of ticket allocation will relieve the problem - it may lead to some people who previously couldn't get tickets getting them, but, if it does, it will be at the expense of people who previously could get tickets not getting them, so it just moves the problem around, does not resolve it. Simple maths - 100,000 being a larger number than 60,000

The only answer is to increase capacity significantly, and we all know that is unlikely given the infrastructure costs associated.

Clever dudes endured Hodgson to build up credits

My biggest mistake was handing over my ST when I left Liverpool in 1998 - I shoudl have held onto it & passed it to mates on a game by game basis instead of letting them take ownership

I got to eleven credits one season and was in touching distance of the holy grail of thirteen where I was guaranteed a ticket for every game I wanted the following season.
As we got more and more successful my credits got smaller to where I am today as a nobody.

They’ve already taken the biggest steps, like banning multiple memberships associated with a single bank card. Also for the “local ballots” they confirm with your bank you are indeed a local. That’s smashed few a lot of the touts. But demand will always outstrip supply. Winning shiny things just adds to the demand.

The whole thing's a fucking sham tbh and I can't even be bothered to read through all these changes.

Log in the website to repurchase this season's full membership or whatever they're calling it now, "Oh the account you're logged into already has membership", ok then......go into my payment history, 9th May 2024 last membership transaction, ok then......go into the auto renewal selection and there's fucking nothing there for me to renew. Ok, so what the fuck am I supposed to do now?

Binning the whole cunt off and sticking to 3rd party resales, far less hassle to engage myself out of. £60 quid for the ticket + a £30 service fee, well worth it. Websites are all sound too and you can even keep the contact of the geezer you're buying off for future tickets if they're going. Job done.
