Sure why not, we'd probably do the same. I wouldn't be in a rush to leave unless I was made a worthwhile offer.

"Has signed a contract until 2014." So its either an outright move or a 3 yrs loan? ???

Hmmm ... Probably the 2014 thingy is if they take up the option to sign him permanently. The offal isn't that accurate with the Dani Pacheco loan move after all.

Those comments by Comolli are out of the same stable as Kenny's praising of Hodgson after he took over, and his saying this morning that if Joe Cole stays "he'll be treated the same as everyone else" despite the fact that Cole's clearly having to go elsewhere to get first team football. It's "Don't rock the boat" stuff and that's fair enough - we don't owe the media the chance to sift through our dirty linen - but not to be taken at face value.
