As for the offences, he taps a phone, and bangs the steering wheel a couple of times .. Yeah its not really how you should be driving in a corporate video its hardly worthy of the police investigating.

It's surprising though, I've not worked at a company that hasn't made me go through and sign a defensive driving document, hanging me out to dry should I crash whilst on company time if liable, whilst declaring I won't touch phones etc etc whilst at the wheel.

It seems par for the course for anyone who travels with work, id have thought footballers or all people would be the perfect workforce for such draconian measures..
