I read and heard from many that its the land of pickpockets and thieves. Is it really that bad though or has it been over-exaggerated ? I suddenly get this impression that it's a really dodgy city, which is strange 'cos it's well...Barcelona (!!)...and i've been to proper slums...like Bangladesh, etc.
Should i bring my nunchucks is what i'm saying ?
