Based on the starting 11s, I think Bayern are the favorites in this tie. Their 4-2-3-1 has a clear, elegant structure: a solid base with Javi Martinez, Thiago's passing, James as the killer pass specialist in the middle, pace and goal threat from the wings and world's best #9 up front. Meanwhile, Klopp went with a midfield of 3 attack-dogs who will do their best to disrupt and snuff out threats, but I don't see how we can build enough positive counter-play to really trouble Bayern. The best hope is front 3 pouncing on a mistake or creating something on their own. It's not going to be an enjoyable game.
